As a Project Design Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of engineering and design projects across our manufacturing sites. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams to develop technical drawings, layouts and specifications that bring ideas to life.
Location – Market Drayton
Contract – Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Produce and update CAD drawings and technical documentation for engineering projects.
2. Support project planning and implementation through accurate design work.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet operational and safety standards.
4. Assist in site surveys and feasibility studies.
5. Maintain drawing registers and ensure compliance with Müller’s design standards.
Requirements:
6. Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
7. A background in engineering, design, or technical drawing (qualification or experience).
8. Strong communication and organisational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
11. Someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about design and engineering.
