Key responsibilities:
* Identifying, sourcing and securing land opportunities across the target regions
* Driving land acquisition strategy to support business growth and delivery targets
* Leading negotiations with landowners, agents and stakeholders
* Supporting investment decisions through robust site appraisal and commercial insight
* Managing risk and opportunity throughout the acquisition process
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful site progression
Required background:
* Proven experience in a Land Manager or Land Buyer role
* Demonstrable track record of land acquisition and deal negotiations
* Experience working with Social Housing providers is preferred
