Staff Booker / Resourcing Executive Full Time, 9 Month, Fixed Term Contract Salary : £25,000 per annum Hours : 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work to be agreed and planned in Location : Winnersh, Berkshire - Office based (RG41 5TP) Company Overview We specialise in creating impactful sampling campaigns direct for brands & retailers. Our success hinges on having the right personnel in place, ready to deliver exceptional brand activations for our clients. As a Resourcing Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our teams are prepared, motivated and booked in to deliver the campaign. Job Summary As a Resourcing Executive, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Account Managers, and Account Executives to ensure all jobs are efficiently and effectively booked. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule the right staff for various campaigns, ensuring seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Job Booking - Coordinate and schedule staff for upcoming field marketing campaigns, ensuring all positions are filled promptly Coordination - Liaise with National and Regional Managers, Account Managers, and Account Executives to understand campaign requirements and staff availability Support - Provide consistent support to the core team and field staff, including interviewing, organising inductions, and training for our team of Samplers Tracking - Monitor and track staff performance and attendance to ensure campaign success Requirements Approachability - Friendly and approachable as a contact for the teams Results-Oriented - Focused on achieving results and solving problems effectively Organisation - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously Confident telephone manner - Most days will be spent with our Sampling team, therefore phone manner is crucial for successful interaction What We Offer Potential Extension - Potential opportunity to extend employment beyond the maternity cover period Training - Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role Career Growth - Exciting opportunities for career advancement Team Culture - A vibrant and dynamic team environment where your contributions are valued Application Process If you are a natural leader with a passion for people and experience in job scheduling, coaching, and interviewing we would love to hear from you.
