The role
Working closely with our Chief Medical Officer, you will ensure safe, effective and patient-centred psychiatric care across the Northampton site. You will provide senior clinical leadership and operational oversight for medical staff within the organisations inpatient services.
Your role will combine day-to-day operational management of the medical workforce with active participation in clinical governance and longer-term workforce development, supporting the organisations mission to deliver outcomes driven, high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
