We are a dermatologist-led specialist clinic for skin of colour, offering mid-to-high-end aesthetic and skincare treatments for all skin tones. Our clients come to us because they have never felt truly understood by clinician who see their skin. We have built a reputation for clinical excellence, discretion, and a deeply personal approach and we are looking for a marketing consultant who understands that this kind of brand is not built loudly.
Role Description
We are at an exciting but delicate stage, building sustainably, not chasing rapid growth. We need someone who can develop a coherent marketing strategy from scratch, execute on it consistently, and grow with us over the long term. This is not a short-term project. We want a genuine partner who believes in what we are building.
Day-to-day you will define our positioning and brand voice across all touchpoints, develop a sustainable client acquisition strategy that reflects a high-end, word-of-mouth-led approach, ensure consistency across website, social, and any communications, provide regular structured reporting and accountability check-ins, and advise on timing and pacing of growth so we do not outpace our operational capacity.
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 – 5 years in marketing, with demonstrable experience working with luxury, premium, or high-end brands.
* Familiarity with the aesthetic or healthcare industry is an advantage but not required.
* Understands that luxury brands grow through trust, discretion, and quiet reputation, not volume or noise. Able to build brand presence without compromising exclusivity.
* Can develop a full marketing strategy from the ground up, set measurable goals, and adapt based on results with clear, logical thinking and structured plans.
* Proactive communicator who provides regular updates and structured check-ins.
* A genuine understanding of skin of colour communities and what they look for in a trusted specialist. Lived experience or deep professional familiarity is a significant advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
* Ideally, the consultant should be able to take a strategy through to execution whether directly or through a trusted network.
* Experience in growing early-stage companies is ideal
* Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to client and business needs.
