The service is undergoing a restructure. Working broadly according to the attached Job Description, the role requires a focus on delivering the cultural changes necessary to drive service improvements. This will involve working directly to support 5 Team Leaders who manage a team of 25 Officers.
It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrates experience in delivering cultural change.
In-depth knowledge of the Housing Wales Act is secondary to this experience and not required for this role.
A 4-day workweek will be considered (pay would be pro-rata).
The candidate is required to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
