About the team: Salesforce is one of the strategic technology platforms at Ninety One. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Operations Technology team tasked with the delivery of a best-in-class CRM solution to our operational servicing teams. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual that will thrive in a creative and high-performance culture. As Salesforce Business Analyst you will be responsible for improving and enhancing business critical operational processes using the Salesforce platform. This role will require excellent communication skills to understand key user requirements and be able to influence and drive user adoption. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering the best user experience and be able to recommend best practice Salesforce solutions within the framework of our overall technology strategy. We are looking for someone that has the vision to make Salesforce the natural go-to system for operational day to day activities, delivering the right information at the right time in a simple and effective manner. In this role you will: Understand and add value to all business, process, functional and technical discussions Be proficient in the design and configuration of the Salesforce Platform covering the user interface (page layouts, dynamic forms, lightning web components, etc), process automation (flow, processes, einstein, etc) and data layer (data model, storage, etc).
