You would be working on behalf of both employees and employers covering cover settlement agreements, contracts, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, grievance hearings and tribunals, also advising employers on the full range of employment law issues including redundancy, settlement agreements, tribunals, and discrimination cases.

What we need you to do:
* Provide a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of clients.
* Assist current clients with their specific needs in the Employment Team.
* Assist senior lawyers with their caseload and develop own portfolio of clients.
* Work with senior lawyers and or the head of the team to design and deliver seminars to promote the business and network.
