Summary of the Document Officer role: In the role of Document Officer at our Cramlington site for a period of 6 months, you will provide vital administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for maintaining records, supporting with audits and compliance activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities
* Issue and reconcile manufacturing batch records/manufacturing labels using Master Control.
* Quality spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for:
o Raw Material Inspection Reports
o Batch Tracker
* Maintain GMP Audit database using Microsoft Access (including queries).
* Copy completed batch records.
* Archive/retrieve documentation.
* Manage post-delivery/collection activities.
* Other administrative duties as deemed necessary.
* Comply with all safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements
* GCSE English
* Strong IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office package
* Administration experience is preferred
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise own workload
