An opportunity for a Trainee Aluminium Production Welder within a well-established fabrication and Sheetmetal company in Nelson, Lancashire.
The Company:
Established in 2003, this family run Group employs approximately 35 employees. Their teams provide an all-round design, laser, fold, and fabrication service to a broad customer base.
Due to continued growth and winning some long-term contracts they are looking for Aluminium Welders to join a small friendly Fabrication team.
About The Role
Have some previous experience working in a Production environment, someone looking for a new skill
Be physically fit.
Safe use of power tools e.g., grinder, pistol drill, tapping drill, saws etc
Ability to work to a production pace within a factory setting.
The job is JIG work based.
Ability to communicate, ask questions and discuss any issues which may cause production delays.
Update records and clock on daily.
Training on Aluminium will be considered for the right person.
Full on-the-job training will be provided for all aspects of this role.

Working Hours:
Monday Thursday8:00am - 16:30
Friday8:00am 14:00
Overtime Available.
Starting Rate £14 per hour rising to £15.20
Once targets are being met.
30 Days Leave (+1 After 5 years)
