Job Title: NetSuite Developer/Systems Analyst
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer/Systems Analyst to take ownership of our NetSuite environment and support the ongoing development, optimisation, and maintenance of the system. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by improving business processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving system efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement SuiteScripts (1.0 and 2.x) to meet business requirements
* Maintain, update, and improve existing Legacy code
* Create, modify, and manage NetSuite reports using SuiteAnalytics
* Ensure workflows are operating effectively and develop new workflows where required
* Manage system updates including products, classes, customers, and other records
* Lead and support data migration, imports, and exports
* Build and enhance Excel-based reports for business users
* Work with third-party integrations and plugins
* Accurately document scripts, workflows, and system changes
* Identify and implement process improvements
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience working with NetSuite
* Strong knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x
* Experience with SuiteAnalytics and report building
* Solid understanding of database structures
* Experience in data migration and process improvement initiatives
* Experience working with third-party integrations
* Project management experience
* High attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
