Human Resources Assistant

We seek an experienced, professional Human Resources Assistant to join our London, UK office. The role provides administrative support and implementation for our recruiting program and HR administration across Europe and East Asia offices. The HR Assistant is an organized, skilled communicator focused on administrative tasks, not a Talent Acquisition Partner/ Specialist.


What you’ll do

* Support HR team productivity through tasks such as screening calls, candidate interaction, and editing presentations/documents.
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
* Manage calendar invites and ensure accurate time zones for virtual interviews.
* Lead scheduling of HR‑related meetings, events, and candidate interviews.
* Update applicant tracking systems with interview details and status changes.
* Complete administrative processes including email correspondence, reference checks, expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain HR trackers.
* Assist with miscellaneous HR projects and tasks such as enrolment paperwork, vacation balance tracking, HR inquiries, and health & safety documentation.


What you’ll bring

* A levels required, college degree preferred.
* Prior work experience as an Administrative Assistant required, HR experience preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidential information, exercise good judgement and discretion.
* Organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage a wide variety of tasks independently.
* Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English.
* Client‑first mentality.
* Intense work ethic.
* Collaborative spirit and problem‑solving approach.

Hybrid working model
