Part-Time Bar & Front of House Team Member (Zero Hours Contract)
We're looking to expand our team and are currently recruiting several enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join us on a flexible zero-hours basis. This is a great opportunity for confident hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a lively, customer-focused environment.
Hours will be shared between the most suitable applicants, offering flexibility while ensuring strong team coverage. Evening and weekend availability is essential, and applicants must be available for all of the hours listed below.
Potential shifts include:
* Monday: 11:30am – 5:00pm
* Wednesday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Thursday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Saturday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm & 5:00pm – late
* Sunday: 11:45am – 8:00pm
About the Role
As a key member of our bar and front of house team, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
* Taking orders and confidently recommending products
* Delivering friendly, attentive customer service
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area
* Handling payments and cash transactions accurately
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service
* Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
What We're Looking For
* 18+ (required)
* Previous bar and front of house experience (essential)
* Confident in mixing and serving a variety of drinks
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good time management and basic maths skills
* A positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: Minimum wage for your age bracket, in line with Direct Gov guidelines.
