This business is led by a highly respected and engaging SLT who are keen for the successful candidate to develop into a Finance Director role as the organisation continues to grow.

We’re working with a well-respected, purpose-led professional services business (confidential for now) looking for an experienced Financial Controller to provide stability and leadership during an important phase of change.
You’ll work closely with a highly credible fractional CFO and senior leadership team, taking real ownership of the finance function - not just reporting the numbers, but helping shape what happens next.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasting
* Managing invoice finance relationships and credit control discipline
* Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts
* Strengthening controls, processes and reporting
* Mentoring a small finance team
* Partnering with operational leaders to drive better decisions
You’ll likely be a great fit if you
* Are an experienced Financial Controller (or strong Finance Manager ready to step up)
* Are ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or close)
* Enjoy improving processes and bringing structure
* Are confident with Xero and cloud-based systems
* Have worked in professional services / project-led businesses
