Human Resources (HR) Placement

Are you looking to kickstart your career in HR with a dynamic and hands-on placement year? Join our team as a HR Coordinator and gain invaluable experience supporting a busy HR Operations department. You’ll work on real projects, manage employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to key HR systems and the chance to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. If you're studying HR, Business or another related field, have a proactive mindset, and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.

Our Year in Industry Programme is based in Cheltenham, UK at Spirax Sarco, part of our Steam Specialties Business. We have a range of 12-Month placements available for you to experience a full year in:

    *applicants must be taking part in an agreed University placement scheme & have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, full-time, for the duration of the 12-month placement (July 2026 until July 2027).

    Key dates

    Assessment Centre, on-site in Cheltenham: Tuesday 25th November or Tuesday 2nd December 2025
