About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Oxford Littlemore, rated Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery with a capacity of 110 children, supported by a longstanding staff team dedicated to meeting individual needs and providing all children with the best start in life. We engage with the local community through visits from the police and fire services and contribute to the local food bank in winter. The nursery has a large onsite car park, convenient bus links, and staff parking.

About You
* Passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager focused on high standards of childcare and early education
* Resourceful, commercially minded with strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
Qualifications And Experience
* NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
