Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join a leading well-known company based in Wednesbury. Duties will include: -Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and on time -Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies -Handle inquiries related to payroll, including tax deductions, benefits, and timekeeping -Collaborate with the HR team -Support HR functions -Utilise SAGE software to perform payroll and HR tasks -Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements The Ideal Candidate: -Previous experience in payroll and HR -Proficiency in using Sage software for payroll processing -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry -Excellent organisational skills -Effective communication skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hours of Work: 3 days per week (Mon - Wed) 9am - 5pm Pay Rate: Up to £15 per hour depending on experience This is temporary ongoing role.
