What You'll Do
* Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Deliver high‑quality customer service to all users, including VIPs, with confidence and professionalism.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows platforms.
* Build and deploy PCs, patch network points, and resolve printer and connectivity issues.
* Maintain and update site‑specific documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
* Collaborate effectively with internal support teams and third‑party vendors.
* Manage incidents, IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project‑related tasks.
* Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (current and legacy).
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
* Experience with Windows imaging techniques (network and local).
* Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
* Skilled in desktop and printer configuration and troubleshooting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
