What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer experience during every visit
What you'll need
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
* Effective delegation and motivation skills
* Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
* A proactive, encouraging approach to team development and store operations
