Job Title: Sales Administrator / Progressor

They are looking for a Sales Administrator/Progressor to join the team, helping to keep the sales process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all actions from plot reservation to exchange of contracts, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Ensure all legal completion timescales are agreed with solicitors and clients and met on time.
Liaise with internal departments, solicitors, and clients to keep sales progression on track.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with post-sales processes and handovers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Monitor and track the progress of contracts and escalate any issues to management as needed.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets through efficient administration.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in sales administration or progression, ideally within house building or property sales.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
