Responsibilities
* Engaging with suppliers to design and architect new solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and are delivered to the highest possible standards;
* Lead IT projects as project manager and technical lead from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Oversee the planning and implementation of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Telephony, and Azure-based initiatives, ensuring solutions are business-aligned and fully adopted.
* Ensure all project activity complies with internal governance, risk management, and data protection requirements
* Analyse and understand business requirements by engaging with users across all areas of the firm.
* Propose IT solutions to company and industry challenges.
* Ensure our systems are setup and configured in accordance with our security accreditations ensuring all known and emerging cyber security threats and vulnerabilities are resolved within the required timeframes.
Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns with the ability to pick-up new technologies as they emerge
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services relevant to legal environments.
* Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune) and Azure (identity management, networking, and security).
* Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions, support solution design decisions, and validate implementation approaches.
* Deep familiarity with legal systems and workflows.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills—must be an articulate, confident, and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal.
* Experience coordinating project-related change management, communications, and training delivery.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.
