An inclusive and forward-thinking specialist school in Northwich is recruiting a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role with an ASAP start. The school supports pupils aged 2–19 who have complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and communication needs.
As an SEN TA, you will assist in the delivery of tailored learning programmes, help maintain a safe and structured classroom environment, and build meaningful relationships with pupils who may require a high level of care and consistency. You’ll be working closely with teachers, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists and other support staff.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for progression for the right person. The school values staff who are proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting students with additional needs.
Prior experience in a similar role or with personal care, moving and handling, or Makaton/PECS is highly desirable. Pay is £90–£100 per day based on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
