Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering designs within the budget
* Managing resource allocations to ensure team members are fully utilised
* Collaborating with the SMT to assist with projects from other offices and disciplines
* Ensuring all designs incorporate the requirements of relevant authorities and bodies
* Authorising design information and reports
* Preparing designs in accordance with MCHW, DMRB guidance
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
* Knowledge of Section and Section 38 highway design projects
* Experience in developing, mentoring, and supervising highway design staff
* Robust working knowledge of highways technical documents within the DMRB
* Ability to manage the development of contract documents in accordance with highway contracts
* Experience in highway drainage design and proficiency with MicroDrainage software
* Working knowledge of the Civil 3D CAD package
