Social Media & Analytics Manager

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our Education Contract Catering business, renowned Dessert Brand, and Hospitality arm.

With further acquisitions on the horizon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing voice of a growing network of companies in the foodservice and hospitality space.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Analytics
* Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies tailored for B2B (Education Catering) and B2C (Dessert & Hospitality) audiences.
* Analyse performance data (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) to inform content strategies and campaign decisions.
* Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and paid media optimisation to drive measurable growth.
* Translate insights into strategic recommendations that strengthen engagement and align with business objectives.
* Content Creation & Storytelling
* Lead the creation of scroll-stopping content (video, graphics, blog posts, case studies, and campaigns) that resonates with each brand's unique audience.
* Shape a strong brand voice across education, dessert, and hospitality sectors.
* Oversee short-form video and trend-driven content (Reels, TikToks) to maximise reach and relevance.
* Build content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand milestones.
* Brand & Marketing Strategy
* Drive marketing campaigns that support client acquisition/retention in education catering, customer engagement in desserts, and bookings/events in hospitality.
* Manage cross-brand campaigns that leverage synergies and maximise exposure.
* Lead influencer partnerships and strategic collaborations with bloggers, food media, and event partners.
* Ensure consistent brand positioning and storytelling across all divisions.
* Digital Marketing & Growth
* Manage SEO, PPC, and email campaigns to enhance visibility and conversion.
* Use CRM and automation tools to nurture customer loyalty.
* Report regularly on campaign KPIs and ROI, providing clear recommendations for optimisation.
* Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to keep brands at the forefront of foodservice marketing.
* Leadership & Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, culinary, operations) and external agencies to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
* Manage budgets, prioritise resources effectively, and deliver campaigns on time.
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring design, tone, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, or consumer brands.
* Expertise in social media strategy, analytics, and content creation.
* Strong background in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
* Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable growth strategies.
* Creative thinker with campaign innovation and brand-building experience.
* Skilled in project management, balancing multiple brands and deadlines.
* Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
