Main duties of the job
The role holder is accountable for providing high-quality clinical care to adult patients attending the community ENT service. You will manage a wide range of ENT conditions, from common issues to surgical procedures. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.

Job description
Responsibilities
* Deliver face-to-face onsite clinical sessions within a community-based environment.
* Assess and manage a range of ENT conditions in adults, including Otitis Externa, BPPV, Otalgia, Perforated TM, Epistaxis, Nasal obstruction, Allergic Rhinitis, Epley Manoeuvre, etc.
* Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
* Stay current with advancements in ENT treatments, technologies, and best practices.
Person Specification
Experience (Essential)
* GMC registration with a license to practice.
* On the GMC Specialist Register/Consultant-level experience in ENT.
* Personal indemnity to fully cover all patient care delivered within this agreement.
* Date and evidence of last appraisal.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional requirements
