An immediate opportunity for an Administrator has arisen within a company operating in a fast moving and exciting industry. You will grow and develop within this role with the assistance of a very friendly and supportive team. The organisation is also growing rapidly and so are the numbers of opportunities for promotion. The position will see you carrying out Administration, Project Support, Project Coordination and Administration tasks. Administrator Responsibilities: * Project Documentation Production – Collation and production of Handover information and administration for completed projects. Also tracking and reporting of documentation. * Accurately support and maintain department records and trackers, inclusive of project updates. * Support the Project Team with the completion and production of design and build documentation as requested by Senior Management. * Support the Projects Administration Department in the running and management of small projects or elements of a larger project as required. * Ability to adhere to health and safety requirements. * Maintain all project information/data in the nominated database ensuring the accuracy & validity of all input information * Assist Project Administration Team as required to meet project objectives within required timeframes Administration Assistant Requirements: * Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written * Strong time management & task prioritisation skills * Flexible & professional approach to work and be a team player * Administration experience either via studies or experience * Self-motivated, confident and thorough with good attention to detail * Strong time management, planning & organisation skills with the ability to handle busy workloads & competing priorities * Fast learner with the ability to acquire & apply knowledge * Competent user of Microsoft Office
