Treatment Room Practice Nurse/Nursing Associate
We are looking for a committed and caring Treatment Room Nurse or Nursing Associate to join our friendly clinical team across Ibstock and Barlestone Surgeries. This is a part-time role working across two well-established rural GP surgeries, providing high-quality, patient-centred care in our treatment rooms. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as travel between the two sites will be required.
Key Duties Include:
Main duties of the job
* Wound care, dressings, suture and clip removal
* NHS health checks, phlebotomy, ECGs, and B12 injections
* Administering adult and childhood immunisations
* Chronic disease support (within scope of practice)
* Cervical screening
* Health promotion and patient education
* Accurate record-keeping using SystmOne

Person Specification (Essential):
* Registered Nurse (NMC) or Nursing Associate
* Previous treatment room or primary care experience (desirable)
* Up-to-date clinical skills and evidence-based practice
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Commitment to high standards of care and infection control
Desirable:
* Immunisation and travel vaccine training
* Cervical screening qualification
* Knowledge of local LLR clinical pathways
