Our client is looking for a Service & Operations Coordinator to join their team in Horsham. This role involves providing customer service support to new & existing clients, organise & monitor Engineering activity for works. *Driving License is required* The Role Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service Manage account activity - reengaging lapsed customers & handling enquiries Coordinate engineer schedules for installations, servicing & repairs Prepare quotes & invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert into active works Liaise with warehouse team to ensure parts are available and dispatched for jobs Acting as point of contact to both clients & engineers to ensure jobs are competed within SLAs, and resolve any issues that may arise The Person Organised, proactive & able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills both face-to-face & phone Previous customer service experience is a bonus!
