Salary: £32,916 - £49,232 (M1-UPS2)

We're working with a growing education provider to appoint passionate and skilled SEN Teachers to join a new provision supporting pupils aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a school's culture, curriculum, and outcomes from the ground up.
The role
You'll deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, supporting pupils to achieve both academically and personally. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, structured and inspiring learning environment.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and delivering personalised, high-quality lessons
Supporting a range of complex SEND needs, including SEMH
Tracking progress and adapting teaching strategies
Leading on a subject or area of the curriculum
Working closely with support staff, families and external professionals
What we're looking for:
QTS (essential)
Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary settings
Strong understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH
Confident delivering a differentiated curriculum
A calm, resilient and child-centred approach
