We’re looking for a Contract User Researcher who is fluent in Spanish and has strong experience supporting digital platforms as they expand into new markets.
As a Contract User Researcher, you’ll be joining a rapidly scaling digital healthcare company that’s dedicated to delivering a bespoke private healthcare platform to its users. This is a 6-month contract where you’ll work with a high degree of autonomy across multiple projects, translating user research and insights into clear research strategies and actionable plans.
You’ll also play a key role in an exciting new AI-driven initiative, helping to push the boundaries of healthtech to the next level.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Fluent Spanish (essential)
* Design and deliver both qualitative and quantitative research
* Develop effective research plans and guide best practice
* Build a deep understanding of users and champion their needs
* Experience working on international-scale projects
* Share insights and educate teams on the value of user research
* Coordinate external research agencies where required
* Drive projects that align with wider business goals
Contract Details
* Up to £500 per day, Outside IR35
* 6 months (rolling)
* Fully remote
* Spanish-speaking essential
