Ideal Candidate
26. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
27. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality
28. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
29. Familiarity with computer systems and software, including reservation and property management systems
30. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

The Holiday Inn Edinburgh is perfectly situated between Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, making it an ideal base for exploring all the attractions and sights that Edinburgh has to offer. Our Academy Conference Centre, located on the 5th floor with panoramic views of the Pentland Hills, features 14 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 120 guests.
