The Opportunity
Our client is a leading business in biometric software across various industries. They specialize in complex technology such as iris and ID recognition and have been an established software engineering house for over 10 years, offering products that help businesses manage and account for their workforce.

The What?
This is a hands-on Systems Analyst role focusing on internal business systems. You will be the lead admin and functional expert for Salesforce and Access Dimensions (experience with this system is not required). Your responsibilities will include user support, system configuration, integration, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
You will sit within the finance team but collaborate cross-functionally with digital, IT, and operations teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administer and optimize Salesforce, including user management, reporting, automation, and integrations.
2. Support and maintain financial systems.
3. Act as the technical owner of internal platforms and lead small projects, including a future ERP transition.
4. Collaborate with finance and digital teams to improve system workflows and data flows.
5. Liaise with vendors and provide training and documentation to users.
What You’ll Bring
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, workflows, and automation.
* Experience supporting financial systems.
* Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data tools is a bonus.
* Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
The Benefits
* 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays (option to purchase additional days).
* This position requires 3 days onsite at their Liverpool office.
