Your role
As an Assessment Content Coordinator within the Objective Testing Team, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality computer-marked assessments that support the CII’s global membership. Working closely with internal teams and external subject matter experts, you’ll manage the full assessment lifecycle—from planning and formatting to deployment—ensuring all content meets defined standards and timelines.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, guide contributors to produce accurate and engaging assessments, and support continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback. Over time, you’ll take on greater responsibility, including chairing meetings, mentoring contributors, and helping to refine internal processes.
This is a dynamic role that combines operational delivery with creative problem-solving, offering the opportunity to contribute to the CII’s mission of driving confidence in professional standards across the insurance and financial planning sectors.
