strengthening its sales operations team.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial operation,
ensuring sales teams, internal departments and customers stay aligned, informed and
supported. You’ll help turn opportunities into results by keeping everything running
smoothly behind the scenes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
● Supporting sales teams with day-to-day commercial coordination
● Managing internal workflows linked to product development, testing, sampling
and compliance
● Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
● Preparing and supporting customer meetings, presentations and commercial
reviews
● Assisting with product launches and customer experience initiatives
● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data
● Producing sales reports, forecasts and business summaries
Requirements
This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their commercial career who wants to
build strong foundations within a global organisation, take ownership, and grow through
exposure to real commercial activity. You are likely to be someone who:
● Has 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, commercial coordination or sales
operations
● Is organised, proactive and dependable, with strong attention to detail
● Communicates confidently and enjoys working cross-functionally with different
teams
● Is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
● Is ambitious, curious and motivated to develop within an international business
