Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join the team on a 9-month contract to provide cover during a period of paternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Build and optimise data models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Leverage modern tools such as Copilot and data agents to enhance reporting and insights
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across reporting solutions
- Support ongoing improvements in data visualisation and analytics capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience as a Power BI Developer in a Senior or lead capacity
- Strong hands‑on Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related data technologies
- Familiarity with Copilot and/or data agents for analytics or automation
- Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualisation best practices
- Experience working with business stakeholders in a delivery-focused environment
