Nursery Assistant/ Childcare. Our South Belfast Client are a friendly and busy family who require Childcare / a child minder (35 hour week) to assist in the supervision of children in their home. Whilst providing childcare you will also help with local school runs and local afterschool activities. A full clean driving license is therefore required, along with references / child-care qualification. Hourly rate is circa £14-£16 depending on experience. The Role: (Child Minder / Nursery Assistant) You will work 35 hours per week (1.30pm to 8.30pm Mon- Fri), helping manage children within a busy household, sometimes carrying out local driving activities (school pickups / after school activities). Petrol/ diesel allowance will be paid in addition to the agreed hourly rate. Attend to the development needs of the children, as well as physical and emotional. Organise recreational/ educational activities for children at their home Prepare snacks and meals after school Assist with homework and reading and preparing children for activities Perform light household duties such as tidying and organising Liaise with children's parents, regarding children's behaviour, any issues etc The Person: (Child Minder / Nursery Assistant) You will have experience within a similar role You will have a vehicle and clean driving license You will have references or childcare qual or certification you will enjoy working with children in a dynamic environment Interested?
