Bodyshop Manager:
1. Salary: in the region of £50,000 plus bonus and car allowance
2. Hours: 45 hours, Monday to Friday

Our client, a busy Bodyshop/Accident Repair Centre in Edinburgh are currently looking for an experienced Bodyshop manager.
Roles and Responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager role:
4. Manage activities of the production/workshop operations to ensure efficient work scheduling
5. Implement/manage work processes to ensure quality/service levels meet or exceed expectations
6. Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff
7. Identify training and development needs and (subject to approval) implement required training and/or coaching
8. Quality Control checks before returning to the customer
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager:
9. Previous experience in a similar role or as a Workshop Control is required for this position
10. A team player approach is essential
11. A strong leader, who will lead their team to produce a result in terms of customer service, efficiency, and profit
12. You will have a clear understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, also an eye for driving sales opportunities combined with strong interpersonal skills
