Sharpsmart at Spennymoor are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative position; this role is critical to the success of the company through operating bespoke machinery, warehouse duties and safe transfer of waste at the plant.
Daily duties will include:
* Use of bespoke machinery
* Working towards targets & customer deadlines
* Cleaning, and Quality checking
* General housekeeping
* Loading & unloading

The shift pattern will be: Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a production/warehouse environment with experience of working in a fast-paced position. Teamwork is a huge part of this role and you must be able to communicate well across the plant, and be able to support as needed.
