About the Role - Team Leader (Day Shift) As a Team Leader, you will: Lead the delivery of person-centred care for individuals with complex needs Build trusting relationships and create a safe, supportive environment Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and oversee care plans and risk assessments Support individuals with daily living, independence, and community involvement Work closely with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies Lead shifts, coordinate staff, and maintain high standards of care and compliance Support, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a positive team culture Ensure effective communication, record-keeping, and participation in reviews Contribute to the smooth running and ongoing improvement of the service ??
