SEN Teacher - Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as an SEN Teacher Teach pupils across all primary key stages within a SEND environment Support pupils with complex needs, communication difficulties, and SEMH Work closely with support staff to deliver personalised and targeted learning Contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments, and pupil progress as an SEN Teacher Adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of needs Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external professionals Maintain a safe, consistent, and nurturing classroom environment Uphold safeguarding and SEND best practice as a dedicated SEN TeacherSEN Teacher - Requirements: QTS is essential for this SEN Teacher role Experience teaching in a SEND or complex-needs setting Ability to teach across all primary key stages Strong understanding of SEND strategies, communication methods, and behaviour support Patient, resilient, nurturing, and proactive Confident in adapting lessons and working collaboratively as an SEN Teacher Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)Why Join This SEND School as an SEN Teacher?
