We are seeking a Web Content & Interaction Designer to join our growing team. This role is web-content-focused, and ideal for someone who combines strong technical and visual skills with a heart for community-driven impact.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing engaging, accessible digital content across our VR platforms, online learning systems, and digital mental health and wellbeing portals.
Key Responsibilities Web Content Design & Management
* Develop, upload, and maintain content across multiple platforms (e.g. Thinkific, Moodle, WordPress, or other LMS/CMS)
* Ensure all web content is accessible, user-friendly, and up to date
* Optimise content layouts and user flows for desktop and mobile devices
* Integrate interactive elements (quizzes, animations, video embeds) to enhance user experience
Required Skills & Experience
* Solid experience in web content management using CMS or LMS platforms (WordPress, Thinkific, Moodle, etc.)
* Competency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for layout/content editing
* Visual design proficiency using Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar
* Good understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and web performance
* Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines
Desirable (but not essential)
* Awareness of cyber security best practices in digital content environments
* Familiarity with digital wellbeing or mental health learning content
* Knowledge of immersive platforms (VR/AR), Unity WebGL, or gamified learning
* Experience working with CICs, charities, or educational institutions

Pay: £40,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
