Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. You’ll make an impact by:
* Supporting ESG Senior Consultant and Managers in developing the ESG Assurance service line.
* Working on client engagements to opine on Limited Assurance over ESG-related metrics.
* Performing testing within ESG Assurance engagements in line with RSM’s methodologies.
* Working as part of a diverse team, with the opportunity to interact closely with clients. It is critical that you can establish trust, credibility, and build effective relationships quickly.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
* A demonstrable interest in ESG & Sustainability
* 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
* A predicted/obtained honours degree
* Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to build relationships externally & internally.
* Time Management skills
* Experience within a professional environment
* Practical experience of working within an ESG Function, or ESG Assurance function. We will also consider candidates with External/Internal Audit experience.
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA). We will consider candidates who may be part-way through completing their Qualification and will support them in finalising their studies.
