Your new roleIn this position, you will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills. What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
* Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
* Demonstrable expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
* Broad IT technical understanding with troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Project management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Familiarity with GxP regulations and system validation.
* Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
* Good understanding of GxP practices and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
* Knowledge of Prince2 & Agile methodologies.
* Good understanding of change management best practices.
