Looking for a role where you can actually enjoy teaching again?
We’re working with a group of friendly, down-to-earth primary schools who are ready to welcome teachers that want to make a real difference, right from day one. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or just starting out as an ECT, you’ll be stepping into classrooms where support is genuine, and your impact really matters.
No being left to figure it all out alone. Just great schools, lovely teams, and the chance to build your confidence and rediscover what you love about teaching.
What your days will look like:
* Bringing lessons to life across Key Stage 1, with pupils who are ready to learn
* Creating a calm, positive classroom where every child feels included
* Supporting not just academic progress, but those all-important social and emotional wins too
What you’ll bring:
* QTS and a passion for helping young learners thrive
* A creative, nurturing approach that makes lessons stick
* Confidence in the classroom, and the ability to build great relationships quickly
What you’ll get from us:
* A consultant who actually listens and gets what works for you
* Free CPD to keep you growing and developing
* Access to local schools where staff are valued and supported
