Job Description
We’re looking for a driven, energetic 360 Account Executive to join our fast-growing print-media agency in North London.
This is an office-based role where you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle - From outbound prospecting and pipeline building to consultative selling and closing high-value deals.
Working directly with our directors and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and scale our outbound and inbound revenue. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Double OTE (Dependant on experience)
Location: North London (office-based)
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full 360 sales cycle - From first outreach to signed contracts
- Drive outbound prospecting through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, industry networking, targeted campaigns)
- Close incoming inbound enquiries with confidence and commercial flair
- Qualify, develop, and nurture leads across SME and enterprise clients
- Use CRM tools to maintain a healthy, transparent pipeline
- Collaborate with directors to influence sales strategy and messaging
- Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships and position Blue Market Media as a trusted partner
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role - Ideally in a 360 role
- A strong closing track record
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Confidence selling to both SME and enterprise-level decision-makers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline
- Resilience, drive, and a self-starter mindset
