Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents, show compassion and commitment, and support Care Assistants in their development. You will lead a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and receive high-quality care in line with individual care plans.
* Work as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues while enjoying the role.
* Deliver the highest quality of personalised care per residents’ care plans.
* Support leisure and social activities as part of the daily routine.
* Demonstrate kindness and provide support to residents, families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Teamwork and a positive attitude; a happy team creates a happy home.
* Experience in care is essential; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible approach are required.
* Kindness and genuine care for older people, with respect and dignity for all residents.
