Operational Support Officer
Permanent - 37 Hours per week
£26,403 – £28,142 per annum (Pay award pending)
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Be an efficient and effective administrator and will have experience in:
* Maintain accurate and up to date records through the use of I.T systems.
* Answer telephone and email queries in a timely, professional and calm manner.
* Raise purchase orders
* Deal with financial queries relating to purchases.
* Maintain stock management of equipment
* Perform general administrative duties – filing, photocopying and scanning.
You will be able to demonstrate evidence of:
* Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team.
* Experience of dealing with members of the public in a professional capacity.
* Strong telephone and email customer service experience
* Experience in financial administration
* Strong experience of using IT, including MS Office applications (in particular Microsoft Excel)
