Role And Key Responsibilities
* File management – opening, closing, archiving and managing deeds.
* Administrative support – photocopying, printing, scanning, liaising with the Reprographics Team and Finance Team.
* Travel coordination – researching train, flight and accommodation options.
* Document preparation – preparing files and bundles, indexing and creating e‑bibles.
* Event support – organising marketing events, client greetings and delegate materials.
* Document management – profiling documents in iManage, uploading files to data sites and creating hyperlinks.
* Ad‑hoc assistance – retrieving land and property records, booking internal meeting rooms, maintaining client contacts and providing additional support across various tasks.
Skills And Experience
* Previous administrative experience – an advantage but not essential.
* Client service excellence – delivering outstanding client service at all times.
* Proactive and positive attitude – enthusiasm for tasks and collaboration.
* Effective communication – clear and positive relationships internally and externally.
