As Guest Experience Host what you’ll be doing
* Working a variety of weekend and week day shifts in this full time role, you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and departure
* Take care of the finer details managing the phones, inbox, bookings, pre-arrival notes; warm check-ins/outs and spot-on billing
* Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries, local tips, taxis and tables; turn “any plans?” into “best stay ever"
* Some days you might be helping with breakfast: Set, greet, seat, serve; keep service swift and sunny
* Other days will see you pouring wines/beer, mix simple classics, serve with confidence (training given) in the bar or lounge
* Take care of the admin – when you’re not face to face with our guests you’ll be helping place small bar/restaurant orders, receive deliveries, keep clean handovers. doing other computer-based work
* And every now and then will be pitch-in-moments with housekeeping assists, set-ups for small events, keeping the lobby tidy and welcoming
