Customer Service Account Manager, Durham Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience My client is a hugely successful family business who operate nationally and have an immediate requirement for a customer service professional to join their small but busy team! The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts demonstrating exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for both maintaining and growing long term client relationships. You will manage customer expectations, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement.
